Administrative Assistant, Rondebosch, Southern Suburbs. An exciting new part-time post is available for a self-motivated individual able to assist with the day-to-day running of an engineering office, based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.
The ideal candidate will possess the following credentials: At least 2 years’ experience in an office based environment with some exposure to HR and financial duties. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with specific emphasis on Excel.
Proficient in English. Candidates who have a tertiary level education will be given priority. Driver's licence, driving experience, and own reliable transport essential. Hours - days and times negotiable. Legal Citizenship and no criminal record.
Main duties will include: Assist with day-to-day document control, Invoicing and statements, Reception duty Assistance to Senior management. Remuneration - Market related and negotiable.
