Rental Agent. Basic + comm + fuel & cell (R15k pm achievable), Other, West Coast. We need an experienced Rental Agent for a large rental portfolio in Royal Ascot, Milnerton.

This position a requires a responsible person – you will deal with High Profile Owners and Lease Related Contractual matters – knowledge and experience relating to property will be very beneficial.

Requirements: Have your own reliable transport. Live relatively close to the Milnerton area. Be able to present viewings outside of normal office hours. Be able to work under pressure to achieved targets. Work in a small dedicated team. Sell with confidence. Must be well organised with eccellent admin skills. Must be able operate under pressure. Although experience is preferred, training could be provided to suitable candidates. Important: Your CV must include: 3 recent references. A recent photo of yourself.
