Senior Creditors Clerk - Sea Point - Cape Town, Sea Point & Three Anchor Bay, Atlantic Seaboard, 15 000 - R 20 000.

Requirements: Grade 12, Accounting background, Finance related certificate/diploma is advantageous, Must be proficient in Pastel. Minimum of 5 years experience. Hospitality experience is a big plus and will get preference.

Responsibility Duties: Overseeing Jnr Clerks. Creditors capturing. To accurately process customer and supplier invoices in the accounting system. Ensure invoices are properly authorized. Ensure month end deadlines are met in order for payment to take place.

Reconciliations: Wages, Queries batching of creditors invoices. Communicating with other departments regarding invoices. Maintenance of documents.

Salary: R 15 000 R 20 000.
