Location: Durbanville, Northern Suburbs. My client who offers bespoke data-driven hardware and software solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Specialist within their HR e-Learning Platform Team. This is a specialist role as you will need to have both the technical side, which includes development and evaluation of training content and assessments as well as taking full accountability for new clients and strategically managing existing client portfolios in accordance with the client’s needs.
This is a role with a difference, you will come from an HR learning and training development background but will have sales and key account management skills too.
Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent certificate essential. English and Afrikaans essential. 3 years HR and / or Training and development experience essential. Understanding of the content creation process and assessment design. Working at management and Exco level. .Excellent communication skills essential. Experience in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment essential. Intermediate - advanced skills in Microsoft applications essential.
Excellent presentation and planning skills with acute attention to detail. Work independently, within a team. not be micro-managed. Own reliable transport valid drivers licence. Willing to travel for business purposes essential. Degree or Diploma in HR / Learning and Development. Sales / Key Account Management experience essential. E Learning platform sales highly advantageous.
Offices located in Durbanville Cape Town. Salary R30K per month CTC based on current.
Responsibility: Product / industry knowledge (HR) and networking. Account Management and maintain stakeholder relationships. Develop and present satisfactory demos to potential clients. Assist clients with an analysis of their HR and training needs. Assist on the development and creation of quality content. Guidance on the completion of design briefs. Assist clients with any ongoing training needs. Collaborate creation of identified training content, includes video scripts, voice over recordings, storyboards and video creation.
Content quality checks are performed prior to being released. Ensure clients and / all new users receive training on the Platform and reporting tools. Salary: R30000.
