Wanted: Webinar Trainer (part-time), Somerset West, Helderberg. We are seeking (part-time) trainers for our Webinar Service within our training company.

Webinars: Short for Web-based seminar, a webinar is a presentation, lecture, workshop or seminar that is transmitted over the Web using video conferencing software. A key feature of a Webinar is its interactive elements is the ability to give, receive and discuss information in real-time.

Requirements: Relevant experience in training and facilitation. Ability to build and present PowerPoint presentations. Beneficial: Experience with ZOOM meeting software.

What you can expect: Topics: Workplace-related soft skills and management.

Available to the trainer: Full course content and e-learning modules to use for preparation. Equipment & space for presentation days. Previous webinar recordings and presentations for reference Support by Manager.

Expected of the trainer: Present a webinar 1 day per week, 4 days per month. (subject to increase). Webinar sessions: 45 minutes p/session. Build clear and interactive PowerPoint presentations, engage with your audience through interactive polls and additional features of the software and provide the Training Manager with an attendance sheet after every session.

Trainers will be expected to prepare for each session off premises and will be evaluated by their attendees afterwards. Per webinar session payment: R800.00. Note: Travel allowance excluded.
