IT Specialist location Ang Mo Kio / Bishan / Thomson, North.
Responsibilities providing 1st level technical support regarding mobile/ laptop/ desktop support, work closely with customers and follow up on all requests in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Working hours 5 days work week (schedule including weekends), 9am to 6pm/12pm to 9pm (must be able to commit both shift), salary $1800 - $2400.
