Minimum Requirements: CompTIA A+, N+ and/or any other similar I.T. qualification. South African citizens only. Own reliable transport and valid driver's license. Strong bilingual skills in Afrikaans and English.

A definite advantage: Work well in a team. Ability to foster relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Are presentable / client facing. Above average written and verbal skills. Manage time effectively. Passion for technology. IT Support to clients on laptops, desktops, mobile phones and tablets.

Rapid response on inbound telephone support helpdesk. Remote support sessions. Microsoft Windows installations on desktops and laptops. Recurring maintenance on workstations (desktops and laptops). Microsoft Office 365 suites support including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Ownership and management of assigned tickets on company PSA system. Update and creation of documentation on company knowledge base. Experience in similar positions will be beneficial.
