We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate to enhance customers service experience to join our Operations team. A Team Player proactively engage and support company initiatives designed to promote a culture of positive working environment and continual improvement.

Job type full-time, Job position order processor & customer service, salary up to $2500 per month (basic salary + commission), work days 5 days’ work week, from Mon-Sun (weekday off), retailing hours 11 am - 8 pm [8 hours shift work 1 hour break].

Job scope & responsibilities Customer Service (Call, SMS, Chat, Email) order, products, sales enquiries, promote web ordering system to customer, attending to customers on order details & status, follow up, payment arrangements etc, merchandising store display for customer convenience.

Order processing making system entry for sales order, sales invoices and delivery orders, provide administrative support or preparing for general logistic arrangement, processing and fulfillment of online orders, returns and defective items, detail-oriented, organized and high accuracy in order processing, pick and packing parcel for sales order.

Skills & perquisites retail experience required (1 year min.), proficient in MS Excel, able to work on weekends, public holidays and retail hours, comfortable with dealing with customers.
