Meat Cutter - retail or wholesale
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Part Time, Weekend, Day, Evening
Salary: $11.00 to $15.00 Hourly for 25 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Walkerton, Ontario (1 vacancy)
Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: Experience an asset
Work Setting: Grocery store
Type of Equipment: Power grinder, Slicing machine
Specific Skills: Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat, Cut poultry into parts, Grind meats, Slice cooked meats
Additional Skills: Wrap and package prepared meats
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, Physically demanding
Work Site Environment: Cold/refrigerated
Essential Skills: Working with others, Critical thinking
