Roles and responsibilities as part-time Customer Support Representative, you will be a key member of the Customer Care Operations Team interfacing with the customer to provide the customer with delightful experience. The role is based in our office in Singapore. You will regularly interact and work closely with other teams in the Company to support the growth of the Company as directed by your supervisor. You will report to the Head of Department in Customer Care Operations appointed by the Company.
Your responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to attend to general enquiries on products and services including promotions, special offers, sign-ups and delivery/ collections, provide detailed support and follow up for billing and order processing enquiries, provision services as directed by your supervisor handle and resolve customer inquiries/ disputes/ issues/ feedback via email and/or on the phone in a timely and professional manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements minimum GCE N Levels or Certificate in Customer Service, good written English communication skills, able to work in a team, proficient with MS Word and Excel, past experiences in a customer support role is beneficial, but not necessary, willing to work only during weekends on both Saturday and Sunday in Tai Seng area, able to commit to a minimum period of at least 3 months, comfortable with an hourly wage rate of $10/hr, able to commence immediately or within short notice.
