Requirements ability to work as a team and with good communication skills, both verbal and written, possess the ability to effectively manage time, a certain level of creativity and flexibility is required of this position, ability to operate computer system efficiently, organizational and customer service skills, maintains a positive “can do” attitude.

Responsibilities answering incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required, maintaining administrative workflow (data entry, delivery arrangement, liaising with customers and vendors etc), providing administration support to sales team and senior management, resolves administrative problems by analyzing information, identifying and communication solutions, flexible in solutions.
