Location: Bellville, Northern Suburbs, Job Type: Contract. Jackson and Black Tygervalley requires the service of a BOH Sculler. Grab your rubber gloves, because the main duties of a kitchen sculler are to ensure the kitchen is spic and span.

Main duties involved:  Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible.  Collect and wash up pots and pans.  Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.  Unload food and equipment deliveries.  Keep the storeroom organised.  Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised. In addition to keeping the restaurant sparkling clean, kitchen scullers can be involved in food preparation. together with a covering letter. No telephonic inquiries - only email.
