Requirements: at least TEN years experience in joinery and cabinet making with an ability to read drawings set out work and manage manufacture. Good skill set needed. Neat, presentable, non smoker in good health. Own reliable transport. Traceable references. Punctual and has a sense of urgency. Ability to interact with clients and designers. Make concepts a reality. Accurate measuring and site assessment. Responsible for opening and closing the factory. Computer literate. Able to sketch for quoting purposes. Manage staff. Orientated towards customer satisfaction. Able to interact with different personalities.
