Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 Yearly for 45 hours per week, Bonus, Group Insurance Benefits

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Completion of university
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Specific Skills: Plan, organize and direct daily operations, Establish and implement policies and procedures, Plan, direct and monitor activities of sales department, Oversee the analysis of sales data and information, Prepare reports, Respond to customer complaints, Generate ideas for products / services development, Conduct sales blitzes, Maintain existing accounts and generate new accounts, Develop and execute internal communication plan, policies and procedures
