Administrative Assistant, Location: Kuils River, Northern Suburbs, Job Type: Contract. Administrative Assistant. International and Industrial Payroll Services, situated in Blackheath, needs the services of a dynamic, confident person who will be part of an efficient administrative team.
Responsibilities: Execution of accounting functions, i.e. Cashbook and bank reconciliations. Execution of allocated administrative functions. Salary and wage administration. Continuous interaction with External Accountant. Tasks allocated on an adhoc basis.
Required skills and personal traits: Administrative and accounting experience is a pre-requisite. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in respect of Sage Accounting or similar Accounting computer systems, as well as Excel & Word. Experience and a good understanding of Payroll systems. Academic qualification will be an advantage. Purposefully & Motivated. Hardworking and honest
