Retail Sales Consultant - Athlone, Pietermaritzburg, Midlands, and Job Type: Full-Time. At Cookin our customer in store experience is paramount. Our Sales Consultant provides efficient customer service whilst developing and attaining customer experience and sales objectives for the store.
Responsibilities: Sales Acquire, retain and provide accurate product information. Keep up to date with pricing and product developments. Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships. Understand your customer. Build customer relationships. Practice excellent customer service. Active participation and promotion of store promotions. Handle objections and up-sell. Close the sale Ensure that our customers receive a memorable in-store experience.
Follow the internal procedure for stock receipt, storage and merchandising. Manage and conclude customer queries. Manage and achieve your monthly sales target. Experience and Skills Required Matric Certificate. 3 Years retail related experience. Be a great communicator. Demonstrate strong listening, written and oral communication skills.
Be a team player. Practice time management and prioritise. Be customer service orientated. Computer literate. Must be able to work under pressure.
