Hr Consultant Dubai
Salary: 5,000 To 6,500 (AED)
We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced HR Consultantfor our UAE based office due growth in the business. The successful candidate will be responsible to develop new clients for independently delivering high quality results solutions and service to the clients by acting as a Strategic Business Partner. The role also requires performing new business acquisition through acquisition of new clients and respective relationship management. This is an end-to-end, full lifecycle role which needs to provide strategic HR support to clients fordifferent HR relatedprojects including market intelligence, support on mobilisation trips, project deployments; working in tandem with overseas business partners; existing and securing new business opportunities; clients acquisition and retention; and relationship management Candidate must be able to join immediately. Key Responsibilities
- Develop new clients for the company
- Pro-actively generating leads for new business.
- Cold calling and arranging meetings with prospective clients.
- Negotiating terms and closing contracts with clients.
- Working on companys software to maintain track of activities. - Work in close partnership with clients to manage end-to-end projects providing strategic HR support including HR deployment projects while prioritizing of workload.
- Implementing a diverse talent acquisition, candidate sourcing and selection strategies catering to the client requirements. For example: headhunting, job advertising, referencing, networking, industry mapping and database scanning.
- Building a strong candidate network and managing relationships for sustainable talent pool, mainly for the candidates at the lower end of the job pyramid.
Skills
- Excellent data collection and data analysis skills to support strategic HR
- Excellent Candidates Sourcing skills and experience in mass mobilization
- Excellent English language skills verbal / written / reading
- Prior experience in sales and business development or in renowned search firms with a proven track record of billings. Experience in Engineering Sector (Mechanical or Electrical) recruitment will be a plus.
- Expertise in generating leads and new client acquisition
- Ability to work under pressure against pressing deadlines.
