RF Technician wanted, Location: Midrand, Johannesburg, Job Type: Contract. We are recruiting for Microwave, RF and Telecommunications installation and repair .Technicians for several projects that are nationally based. 2 to 3 man Teams are required for Telecoms Site activities such as Panning, Hardware Installation, Vandalism Repair, Fault finding, Alarm Clearance both in Preventative and Corrective

Maintenance: Team Leaders and Assistant Technicians are required. You must be Computer literate with good communication skills both written and verbal, and demonstrated knowledge of safe working practices: Fall protection plans. Rescue plans. HIRA etc. You must also be professional and willing to travel/sleep out.

Job Type: Contract / Permanent. Minimum Requirements Matric / National Senior Certificate.

Microwave: 2 years (Required) RAN / RF: 1 year (Preferred). Experience on Huawei, ZTE, Ericsson, Intracom, NEC, Motorola, etc.

Experience: ISP /Telecommunications sector experience (minimum 2 years) RBS/BTS installation.

Fibre Education / Certifications: (would be to your advantage). Any relevant product training. Fall arrest / working at heights with basic rescue. Rigging / Rope access. Medical (Working at heights).

First aid and Fire fighter. SHE Rep and HIRA. Licence: Driver's License (Required). Salary: Negotiable depending on qualifications / certification, experience and or exposure, with outcomes based bonuses (targets Market Related Package - Neqotiable depending on experience.
