Ensure the finish Material Inspection report for the client approval. Ensure the quality of the product and its installation. Procurement of Welding and Polishing machine. Procurement of Raw Material. Insure programming and Operation of Salvagnini Fiber Laser (4KW) cutting machine. Spectro Test of Stainless Steel Material which is coming from vendors.

NDT, WPS, WQS as per ASME & ASTM. Insures compliance to production schedules, process quality, efficiency standards, budget, inventory and data reporting. Submits department budgets and adheres to them. Assists in the capital equipment implementation process. Responsible for maintaining adequate supply of departmental shop supplies and materials. Assures proper maintenance of equipment, tools and housekeeping. Maintaining 5S, performing KAIZEN and POKA-YOKE
