Purchasing Administrator / Junior Buyer
Here at Grafton, we have an exciting new opportunity for a junior buyer the purchasing department. Our client, a global leader in distribution and outsourcing are expanding their current operations due to organic growth. This is an ideal opportunity to progress and develop your skills in administration, client services, purchasing and buying. This is an 8-12 month contract.
The role will focus on
*Ordering high volumes of stock through suppliers /vendors
*Ensuring orders are accurate without any discrepancies and rectifying any issues
*Conducting market research to find the most competitive priced supplier
*Compiling reports of supplier stock levels
*Dealing with logistics/ freight companies to ensure stock arrives on time
*Processing a high volume of POs and cross referencing order numbers with internal systems
*Creating invoices and ensuring customer accounts are updated correctly
To be considered for this role you need to have fluency in English and a minimum of 1- 2 years buyer, purchasing or administration experience. Sound like you? Email us your CV!
