Production Manager - Manufacturing Industry, Location: Other, Cape Winelands, Job Type: Full-Time. An innovative, international supplier of food products offers this position at their factory in the scenic Breede River Valley (Wolseley) near Worcester.

Responsibility: The successful candidate will report directly to the Operations / Plant Manager.

Key Performance Indicators: Responsible for Human Capital Management. Maintain workflow. Monitor resources and assets. Initiate cost reductions. Develop reporting procedures and systems. Facilitate corrections to malfunctions. Food safety management through product quality and maintaining and implementing BRC certification. Working closely with suppliers from raw materials to packaging.

To source, allocate and optimize assets (Fix capital, working capital and Human capital) to reach the companies set objectives.

Requirements: Diploma in Agricultural / Production Management / Diploma in Engineering. At least 3 years Managerial experience in a manufacturing / FMCG environment.
