Front of House Junior, Location: Franschhoek, Cape Winelands, Job Type: Full-Time. My client who is located in Franschhoek (Cape Town) at a gorgeous 4* establishment, has an opportunity for a top performing Front of House to join their guest house and team. Candidates must be willing to work shifts, day or night shift. Salary is R8500 per month. Must live in Franschhoek or immediate surrounds. Must be a SA Citizen to apply. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12, 2-5 years of experience, Fully Bilingual, Own transport & Valid license.

Responsibility: Work on management system. Checking guest in and out. Processing payments. Managing a float. Switchboard duties, after hour reservationist when needed. Working late shift, assist guest with special request. Customer service. Welcoming and assisting clients and guests. Assisting in hotel reservations and housekeeping department. Sending and receiving orders. All aspects of access control. General office and admin tasks. Responsible for office stationery. Work on outlook. (sending and receiving of emails). Salary: R8500.
