Receive sales enquiries and reply timely and appropriately Prepare and submit quotations against RFQ’s Maintain customer database /CRM Coordinate with all necessary departments Follow up with customer for LPO confirmation & processing Follow up with customer for payment collection Provide necessary support to sales team Prepare pick list as per LPO/customer requirement Maintain sales data regularly and consolidate for review meetings Analysis/MIS reporting of sales data Research and sourcing of new projectors, tenders and contact details of new projects Prepare Technical submittal and Pre qualification files Prepare sales tools – presentation material etc. Build and maintain relationship with customers Make cold calls to generate enquiries Support business development strategies as is necessary Social media utilization Respond to client emails / calls – Mobile + Landline Attend to walk in customer’s request NCR creation and follow up of enquiries received and assigned follow up LPO checking against quotation and coordination with internal departments LPO follow up with sales teams Any other task assigned by management Report any matter of concern to manager on timely basis
