We are hiring a Floor Manager who shall work along with the Business Center Manager for a business center in JLT Free zone. The Floor Manager is accountable for achieving the business center objectives working in the DMCC Free Zone primarily and to manage the day to day running of the operation effectively.

Responsibilities: Respond to tenant enquiries related to leases, office maintenance, payments, general information related to the property. Liaise with contractors, building management and other service providers. Conduct office handovers and office move-out inspections. Provide front desk customer service to tenants within the floor. Meet and greet VIP guests. Conduct checks of operational floors and ensure quick rectification of identified issues. Supervise and monitor cleaning team and ensure that Grade A standards are being met. Maintain tenant database and ensure all documentation is updated. Handling customer complaints in a gentle and corporate manner

Job Specification Individual should have minimum 5 years of similar experience in activity or retail or service or hospitality or customer driven industry. Well versed with DMCC rules and regulations and have thorough knowledge of DMCC portal. Ability to maximize the profitability and drive sales. Ability to turn customer complaints to satisfaction. Lead by example motivate and develop employees through logical thinking and behavior. Proficient in Microsoft Office
