Location: Other, Cape Town, Job Type: Full-Time. Looking for a vibrant person looking to work as an Admin Assistant in a Funeral Services Company. The person should be comfortable working or dealing with bereaved families and the position is in Philippi, Cape Town.
Duties: Answering customers’ questions, and provide information on procedures or policies. Assisting customers by providing information and resolving their complaints. Greet customers entering establishments. Sell products or services to customers. Attending funerals Capturing client details on the system. Receiving and checking claim documents from the clients. Processing monthly reports for management Data capturing.
Job Requirements: Matric (Grade 12). Customer service experience. Good communication in English and Xhosa. Experience in the industry will be advantageous. Computer Literate.
