Beauty SPA Manager Wanted, Location: Langebaan, West Coast, Job Type: Full-Time. Our luxury spa situated in Langebaan seeks a highly motivated and skilled Spa Coordinator and Spa Manager. Live in Position. Shift work and long hours, including public holidays. Preference will be given to someone from the beauty industry

Education/Experience: At least 3 years working experience as a front desk spa coordinator or spa manager. Previous ESP experience a must.

Personal Traits: Excellent communication skills. Taking initiative. Immaculate grooming. Team player. Energy and passion. Willingness to go the extra mile. Must be a multitasker.

Duties and Responsibilities: Bookings and payments via esp. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager. Welcoming all clients in a friendly manner. Delivering 5* service to all clients. Upselling and retailing to every client. Working as a team to achieve monthly targets. Assisting the manager with all admin duties. Meeting deadlines set out by management. Stock management. Managing a group of 8 Therapists and 2 cafe assistants. Must be a multi tasker.
