Publishing/communications Administrator
My client, a Financial Services company based in Dublin city centre, is recruiting for the position of Communications Administrator/Publishing Assistant for a 12 month fixed term contract.
Key elements of this position:
Working as part of a three-person publishing/content management team to produce and distribute research reports and manage company content online. You will work closely with Research Analysts and other research support staff
The ideal candidate will have:
* Graduate in business, communications or Marketing ideally
* Excellent, proven, hands-on knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel;
* Good general IT skills, including the ability to learn new applications quickly;
* Proven ability to work accurately to tight deadlines;
* Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team;
* Experience of one or more of the following is highly desirable: web publishing/HTML; content management systems; desk-top publishing; Photoshop; video-clip production; CRM systems
