Operations / Fleet Manager Wanted, Location: Kempton Park, East Rand, Job Type: Full-Time. Operations / Fleet Manager. A well-known and established Transport company in Isando is looking for an Operations / Fleet Manager to Join their team. Starting = January. Package = Discussed in interview. Type  = Permanent.

Minimum Requirements: 3 years min experience in the transport and logistics industry. Own Transport. People’s person. Strong planning and organising skills. Scope Manage and Improve Operational performance. Plan and control Day and Night Operations. Monitor adherence to standard processes and procedures. Assist and oversee all customer queries relating to operations. Manage staff performance and development  Load Planning.

Fleet: Strong mechanical Knowledge on Diesel and Petrol. HMV’s. Manage and Control Workshop Team. Preventative Maintenance and Service planning . Monitor fuel consumption targets. Procure Spares and parts. Supplier order and invoice control.
