Part time - Front Desk Coordinator, Location: Brackenfell, Northern Suburbs, Job Type: Part-Time. The Front Desk Coordinator (FDC) is the face of our store to our guests and a friendly, efficient, professional    and helpful nature is a must.

We place great emphasis on character, people skills and capabilities. Excellent work ethic and customer service skills are essential. You must be presentable, well groomed, a non-smoker   and be able to work weekends and public holidays.

To be considered for this position you must fulfil the following requirements: Be honest and have integrity and respect, Be passionate about customer service and building customer loyalty. Be a team player and be able to work independently. Have a Matric certificate. Be computer literate.

Have excellent communication skills including telephone and email etiquette. Be organised and detail orientated. Must have an aptitude for basic maths & money handling skills. Able to function under pressure in fast moving environment.

Work Responsibilities include: Welcome all guests to store by displaying a friendly and professional attitude. Accurately book appointments and/or handle guest changes made to appointments. Handle appointments and reminders. Actively promote up/cross sell treatments. Understand and be able to advise guests of treatments. Manage guest complaints. Manage inventory controls and stock counts. Responsible for receiving stock and capturing invoices. Administration of invoice filing and controls. Manage cash takings and daily banking. Complete accurate daily cash ups. You application will not be considered if all required documents are not submitted.
