Tipper Truck Driver X 2 (Based In Vierfontein), Location: Other Free State, Free State, Job Type: Contract. Clinker Supplies is currently seeking the services of competent, hard-working and reliable tipper Truck Drivers.

Responsibilities: Complete pre-start checklist (Site specific list; Fire ext., diesel, oil, grease, tires, cleanliness, windscreen, operators card, etc.) Operate machine as per SOP. Reporting of breakdowns/defects. Keep machine clean. Assist with routine vehicle maintenance as and when required. Assist with the housekeeping around the respective buildings, and around the plant. Operate the vehicle in a respectful safe manner in line with training received on S.O.P’s. Minimum Qualifications/Experience: School Grade: Grade 12 Certificate. Driver’s License: Valid Code 14 PDP. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Mining / Construction Environment.

Physical Requirements: The candidate must be medically fit in terms of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the Company standards for medical fitness. Ability to sit or stand for long periods; handle and manipulate objects on a repetitive basis; Ability to see well and distinguish between back up alarms, voices and other normal sounds consistent with construction job sites. Be prepared to work after hours. Will be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Will be able to work independently as well in a team environment.
