SPAR Supervisor Wanted, Location: Mitchell's Plain, Cape Flats, Job Type: Full-Time. Store Supervisor wanted to perform the following duties: Opening & closing of the store ( depending on shift). Till cash ups. Stock replenishment. Stock ordering / taking on deliveries. Staff supervision. Customer queries. Assisting the store manager.

Minimum requirements: Atleast 5 years retail / supervisory experience. Matric / Diploma. Own transport. Preferably in the Mitchells Plain area. No criminal / fraud record (vetting will be done). Experience with SPAR brand advantageous.

Remuneration: Starting at R35 per hour, overtime will be compensated accordingly. 6 month contract – thereafter permanent contract will be given subject to performance with increased salary rates. 6 day working week - to work shifts.
