Accounts Payable/Bookkeeper, Location: Observatory, Southern Suburbs. Job Type: Full-Time. Autoworks is an upmarket vehicle service and repair centre. We are in searching of an experienced Accounts Payable/Bookkeeper to be based at our Head Office in Salt River.

Must Haves 4-5 years experience (Non Negotiable). Financial Accounting Diploma and/or working towards a degree. Nice to Have You have worked on Microsoft Dynamics Navision Specifications.

The main focus for this position will be Accounts Payable and will include the following: Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements Processing of external services, supplier invoices and sundry supplier invoices. Ensuring that external services and sundry supplier invoices are signed off. Completion of supplier credit applications. Processing of payments in cashbook. Weekly intercompany reconciliations between warehouse and branches. All Accounts Payable reconciliations including warehouse, sundries, payroll, external services. Petty Cash, Weekly processing of 5 company’s petty cash transactions and reconciliations. Understanding petty cash procedures and risks. Intercompany loan account journals and reconciliation. Weekly bank reconciliations Efficient administrative support to the Finance team. Any other ad hoc financial tasks What we offer. Work in a friendly and considerate environment
