Location: Sandton, Johannesburg, Job Type: Full-Time. We are looking for vibrant, energetic and experienced BOH  Chef/Kitchen manager that is passionate about food/beverage industry. Must be goal driven, a team player and understand the workings of a restaurant. Knowledge of cooking curries will be an advantage.

Job description: Minimum 3 years experience as a Chef/Kitchen Manager. Minimum education: Diploma in Food and Beverage. Must be able to work day/night shifts and have own transport. Staff training knowledge. Handling customer complaints. GAAP POS will be an advantage. Understanding food cost. Staff management and discipline. Managing hygiene and safety in the kitchen a must.
