Creditors Clerk/Accounts Assistant, Remuneration: R12000 - R12500 per month Basic salary, Location: Cape Town, Woodstock, Education level: Diploma, Job level: Junior, Type: Three to f, Company: Juice Film (Pty) Ltd. Fast-paced company in the Film Industry is looking for a temporary creditors clerk/accounts assistant.

PAYE: PAYE calculations and record-keeping of crew and talent invoices. Input and maintenance of PAYE register to support the EMP201 submissions to SARS. Validating all IRP5 details as per SARS requirements and ensuring complete and accurate information is captured on Sage Payroll. Submission of IRP5 Certificates for freelance employers at Bi-annual and year-end Submission period. Issuing of IRP5 Certificates.

Banking: Preparation of cheques, payment batches and petty cash. Banking all cheques and ensuring that proof of payment is submitted to supplier if necessary. Maintaining Sage VIP Payroll.

Creditors: Processing of all invoices on to Pastel Evolution. Maintaining Records of all invoices as per Job Number. Preparing payments as per terms and age analysis. Liaising with creditors with regards to Queries, invoices and statements Reconciliation of creditors/supplier accounts and prepare payments for the 15th and 30th of the month. Manual checking of batches, adjusting batches to match the account and ensure there no payments/invoices outstanding. General ad-hoc duties to support the Financial Manager. This position is to cover for one of the clerks whilst on maternity leave.
