Durban High-end furniture manufacturing company dealing with top interior designers and architects seeks self-motivated Key Account Manager with phenomenal customer and supplier relationship skills and an interest in good furniture and interior design.

Actively build and maintain client relationships, guide the customer through the purchasing process and effectively improve workflow and efficiencies between the office and workshop.  Generate quotes and invoices and understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.

 Requirements: Relevant undergraduate degree (Marketing, Business, Management, etc.) 4 - 5 years’ work experience in customer account management and office administration. Valid driver’s licence. Good positive energy. Excellent communication skills both in composing emails and on the phone. Professionalism when dealing with customers and suppliers. Self-motivated to take on a diverse range of tasks in a small business.
