Location: Brackenfell, Northern Suburbs, Job Type: Full-Time. We are currently searching for a Superstar Service Assistant to be based at our Brackenfell Branch!

Minimum requirements: Matric or comparable. 2-3 years experience in a similar role (non negotiable). Excellent telephone etiquette. Computer literate. Administration skills.

Profile: Customer focused, Customer-centric attitude. Friendly, Not afraid to take responsibility, Primary.

Responsibilities: The Service Assistant is responsible for overall branch administration, client liaison, and effective operation of the reception area and customer satisfaction regarding all non-technical issues.

Duties include: Manage customer reception and liaise with customers. Book and schedule customers. Monitor bookings and inform Branch Manager and Foreman. Organise drop off service. Prepare and print invoices, receive and control payments. Prepare branch control documentation. Offer refreshments. Filing Follow-up calls (e.g. quotes).

Control bookings. Control posting of invoices. Control of consumables. Control of all payments. Other administrative duties as required. Supervision of Wash Bay Attendant/Driver. Basic Salary R8000-R10000 + benefits + invaluable experience and training on Microsoft Navision.
