Assist in research to analyse customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet their needs. Liaise relevant external suppliers to ensure targets are met. Assist in the process of estimation, quoting and preparation of new and existing business submissions. Handle sales administration processes. Study product materials to develop product knowledge. Assist customers based on their individual usage needs and interests. Assist in the coordination of all events and campaigns.

Assist account managers/senior account manager with day-to-day activations. Assist with mall bookings. Assist in sourcing new suppliers specific to the relevant campaign. Compile reports and presentations when needed.

Departmental admin duties: The employee shall be required to perform other duties from time to time, which may reasonably be expected of her within the operation of the employer’s business. In performing these duties the employee shall at all times exhibit full loyalty towards the employer. Manage client relationships. Execute all given campaigns and activations. Compile presentation and complete post postmortems

Manage on site activations develop creative concepts for new projects project manage end to end management Competencies: Must have a degree or diploma of three years. Valid Drivers Licence and own a reliable car. Computer literacy in the Microsoft Office Suite and high level of numeracy. Excellent communication skills in English. Strong customer service orientation.

Strong analytical and lateral thinking abilities. Good writing, presentation skills. The ability to work according to strict deadlines and budgets on a continuous basis.
