Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: $11.00 to $14.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Gratuities, Group Insurance Benefits

Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Red Seal Certificate, Food Safe Certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Cook Categories: First cook
Work Setting: Restaurant, Hotel
Food Preparation Specializations: Stocks, soups and sauces, Meat, Poultry, Fish, Seafood
Types of Meals/Food Prepared: Dinners
Specific Skills: Prepare and cook full course meals, Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods, Work with minimal supervision, Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc.)
