Location: Goodwood, Northern Suburbs, Well established Manufacturing company based in Elsies River Industrial/Goodwood, Cape town has the following position available for a suitable female applicant.
Office/Sales assistant Duties: Answering the switch board, transferring calls and taking messages. Dealing with telephonic and email enquiries. Processing invoices and quotations. Front of office point of contact. Taking refreshment orders for meetings as required. Arranging courier collection and acceptance of deliveries. General office admin.
The suitable candidate must have/be: Must be able to start with one months notice. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively. Must be computer literate in word & excel. Provide excellent customer service. Female 5 years admin work experience in the above duties.
Matric certificate Valid drivers licence and include: A copy of your ID Residential address Previous work experience including start and ending date with reason for leaving Salary expectation All the above needs to be included on your CV in order for it to be accepted.
