Location: Century City, Cape Town, Job Type: Full-Time. Vacancy: Personal Assistant for business consultancy based in Cape Town, Century City. Position will entail being responsible for Appointment Bookings, Quotations Creation & followups, general administrative & email duties, Social media liaison, Leads followups, online marketing, answering telephone calls, messages and assistant to the owner. Position requires some travelling to satelite offices throughout South Africa from time to time.
Must meet the following qualifying criteria: Must have matric. Basis mathematical understanding. Excellent computer (prefer Macbook) skill. Good office (Word & excel) skill. Excellent telephone skills. Excellent communicational skills. Good organising skills. Easily adaptable to change. Able to work under pressure. Excellent email skills. Able to work unsupervised. Able to work outside a team. Must be a friendly, outgoing person. Speaks Afrikaans, English & preferabbly Zulu or Xhosa. Have own reliable transport. To start immediately. Working hours Mon-Fri 8-5. Weekends & public holidays off. 18 days paid annual leave. 1 hour break per day. Salary R8500 pm slightly negotiable.
