Outbound Sales Agents, Location: Umhlanga, North Suburbs, Job Type: Full-Time. Call centre outbound sales agents (debt counselling) basic + daily incentives + 20% comm + benefits. Established Debt Counselling practice based in Umhlanga Ridge is looking for Target-driven and Money hungry Sales Agents to join our team!

As a successful experienced Debt Counselling Sales Agent, your main responsibility will be helping consumers whom are in debt by restructuring their lives and paving the way forward to their financial freedom.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Have Debt, Counselling sales experience. A successful Proven sales record in a call centre environment with min.3yrs experience in a similar role.

Job Responsibilities: Contacting. Consumers in a call centre environment and offering Debt Counselling services.

Competencies Required: Knowledge of Debt, Counselling, Fully Computer, Literate in Office and other computer packages, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional negotiating and Problem-solving skills. Exceptional objection handling. Professionally groomed.

Remuneration Package: Basic; R5000.00-R8000.00 p/m (neg.based on exp) +20% (DI Comm) +Daily cash incentives + Benefits
