Tender Administrator, Location: Umhlanga, North Suburbs, Job Type: Temporary, A start-up in Umhlanga KZN requires a Tender Administrator with 2-3 years’ experience in Tender Administration.
Remuneration: R 5000. The Tender Administrator will be responsible for the successful coordination of all Tenders & General office administration.
This includes Continuous Sourcing of industry relevant tenders, Complete Administration, Attending Briefing sessions, understanding tender requirements & communicating to senior management, working with vendors on Joint Ventures to collaborate on tender responses, Coordination & successful submission of all tenders.
NOTE: Relevant training will be provided where necessary. Great business exposure & growth opportunities for successful candidates.
Requirements: Grade 12. Clean disciplinary, criminal & credit record. Sound knowledge & experience in tender administration. Experience in sourcing tenders, writing tender submissions, attending briefing sessions. Attention to detail and accuracy is compulsory. Strong Computer literacy skills (Microsoft Suite)
Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & written) Great attitude, shows initiative and willing to learn in a fast paced environment. Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask. Self-starter/ self-motivated. Logical thinking & problem-solving capabilities.
Experience in the following areas will be advantageous: Telesales & Digital Marketing. Tender Administration. Business relevant skills.
