Required for a large UAE-based group to manage their Real Estate Division: Senior Manager. He will be responsible for effectively supporting and assisting the group in their commercial and residential real estate business in the UAE. He will be reporting directly to the CEO and is expected to perform all basic managerial functions and responsibilities. In addition, he should have the ability to effectively manage and lead departments within the Real Estate Division and work under pressure. He should be able to provide a strategic plan which focuses on results, outstanding customer service, solutions and rectify critical problems.

Ideal candidates should have: 5 plus years of UAE experience in a similar position and be well-versed in the real estate business in the UAE. Other than holding a higher educational / management degree/s, he should also possess other core critical competencies.
