Office Assistant, Sydney. About the Business: Possum Piper is a Sydney-based business that specialises in the removal of possums and rats using humane treatment methods. They are passionate about wildlife and promote living harmoniously with our furry friends.
About the Role: Working from your home office, you will provide general administrative support, customer service, and technician liaison. The role is very flexible and offers you extremely good work/life balance with work hours negotiable for the right candidate.
Duties include: Invoice generation and book keeping using management and scheduling software. Liaising with technicians and customers. Some marketing support. Other work as requested from time to time. Provision of customer service to business and residential clients. Data entry. Tell Us About You.
Training and induction will be provided, however this role would suit an individual with professional administrative experience in the real estate or strata management industries.
You will also have: Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a home-based office environment. Knowledge of the Sydney metropolitan area and outer suburbs. Extensive use of office management systems and procedures. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, with knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) and Aroflo Software or similar. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work. Attention to detail and problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
