Location: City Centre, Cape Town, Job Type: Contract. Guest Services Associate On board Cruise Ships. To consistently deliver the highest standard of customer service to all guests visiting Guest Service. This includes coordinating resolution activities capturing relevant details into the shipboard capturing system ensuring complete guest satisfaction with all concerns documented.
Primary Function: To work scheduled front desk and phone duty shifts. To complete side duties as assigned by the Guest Services Supervisor including, but not limited to Lost Luggage, Lost& Found, Access Services and Executive Reports as per company guidelines. For any guest issue or concerns, record relevant details in to the shipboard capturing database and ensure timely resolution. Follow established procedures to maintain, safeguard, balance and reconcile assigned cash float. Assist guests during boarding and departure process, including establishing on-board credit, selling and printing Shore Excursion tickets and closing of guests accounts. Must Have: At least 2 years experience in a Hotel Front Office. Hospitality Diploma or Degree.
