Full Time, Casual Administrator and Cashier, South West Coast VIC. The main focus of the role is to provide direct service to customers and the Sales Team by; Finalising all sales through cash or credit, and input of information into our Retail Management System. Accurate processing of finance contracts, preparation and reconciliation of delivery manifest and receipt of COD. Reception duties including answering phones, assisting all customers, and processing of returns to customers. Once confident there are always new tasks to be learnt for the candidate who is willing to learn.
The selected candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment, multitask on a daily basis and work well in a team and independently. Working with us will involve being available weekdays and weekends with the opportunity for full time work.
