Location: City Centre, Cape Town, Job Type: Full-Time. A hotel in Cape Town is urgently looking for an Assistant Manager.
The main duties include but are not limited to managing and supervising the following: Budget and maintenance of financial records. Staff recruitment and training. Marketing. Customer service. Housekeeping and general maintenance. Food and beverage management. Front office duties. Compliance with Health and Safety policies. Relationships with external parties including suppliers and travel agencies.
Minimum requirements: A tertiary qualification in Hotel Management, Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field. Outstanding interpersonal skills. Excellent numerical skills. Managerial skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of foreign languages will be advantageous.
