Requirements –4-5 years of Purchase officer experience in furniture & Home Décor Industry in UAE. Any Graduate or Degree Holder Good communication in English. The candidate should have experience in handling purchase work of Carpet, Dinning set, furniture and chandeliers. Good understanding of supply chain procedures Hands-on experience with purchasing software. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Photoshop and Bar code for product.
Job Responsibility: Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs. Meet the clients and do purchase of necessary required items for the showrooms. Ready to travel outside countries for business purpose. Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts). Conduct market research to identify pricing trends. Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices. Prepare cost analyses. Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition Job Type: Full-time
