Sales Consultant, Billbergia, Sydney, CBD, Inner West & Eastern Suburbs. The Billbergia Group is a diversified, wholly Australian owned property group and as a leader within the residential property sector we are looking to recruit an executive sales consultant to join our team.  Based in Rhodes/Wentworth Point you will be part of a tight-knit and passionate team of experienced consultants.

Working from one of our luxury developments you will sell our residential apartments. To succeed in this role: You will need to be a highly sales driven and motivated sales consultant with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets; You will need to have a full understanding of the residential sales process with the ability to generate leads and turn them into sales; You will need to be familiar with selling both brand new ready to move in apartments as well as off-the-plan apartments; You will need to have the ability to quickly tap into prospective client’s key goals and aspirations.

Skills Required: Outstanding sales experience is highly desirable for this role however we will consider applicants with significant transferable skills; Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets; Innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities; Diplomacy and a helpful, positive, professional presentation and attitude; Performance driven attitude toward sales target achievements; Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation within the industry.
