Location: Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, Job Type: Full-Time. Our client a leading Property Developer in Port Elizabeth has a vacancy for a Portfolio Assistant who will be responsible for Portfolio administration, Lease Administration, Property & Building Maintenance, and Customer Relations.  Only applicants with previous experience in the Property Industry will be considered.

Behavioural Competency. Dynamic, hardworking and well organized. Attention to detail. Strong negotiation skills. Customer relation skills. Ability to use own initiative. Exceptional communication skills (Verbal & Written). Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements: Matric/Grade 12. Legal background advantageous. Accounting background advantageous. Minimum 1 year Lease administration experience. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook. Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle. Salary: R10 500 R12K (negotiable).
